Kick-Off Meeting

Li Fupeng, chairman and general manager of Hongtai, will focus on six aspects of "2022 quality work review", "Hongtai management method", "breakthrough in quality and benefit customers", "incentivize innovation and benefit customers", "three relationships" and "emancipate the mind". He first reviewed the work done on quality improvement in the first half of the year, and put forward the work plan for the second half of the year, calling on all team building personnel to resonate at the same frequency in the second half of the year, and complete the important task of quality improvement with the same goal,to present Hongtai's 30th birthday.
 

Secondly, he compared the data around the development strategy of "strict entry and wide exit, breakthrough in quality, improvement of efficiency, and double income" proposed in the first half of the year. Through practical verification, the labor productivity of all Hongtai employees has been greatly improved, and the employee income has increased year-on-year, which fully proves that the implementation of the strategy is steadily improving.
